Story
Hey everyone, I am participating in the Lindfield Fun Run this April to support KYDS Youth Development Service, an amazing organisation that offers free counselling and mental health support for adolescents. If you could sponsor me to run 5kms that would be amazing. Any amount is noteworthy. Your money would go towards helping the organisation continue running its great community service and helping combat youth mental health problems in our area.

KYDS Youth Development Service Incorporated
KYDS provides free and confidential counselling and mental health support for adolescents.
One-to-one, personal counselling is provided, along with a range of group support programs
and early intervention workshops in school and community settings across Northern Sydney.
We help young people and their families deal with issues such as: depression, anxiety, drug
and alcohol use, school problems, family and relationship issues, anger management, body
image concerns, self esteem, bullying, school and exam stress, self harm and suicide.
